Next Generation Leaders: CEOs Dialogue

This certificate recognizes completion of PURC's Next Generation Leaders: CEOs Dialogue. This leadership development program is tailored to regulatory professionals and was delivered in collaboration with CANTO. Over five weeks, participants studied and learned how to practice effective leadership, especially as it pertains to moving an organization or unit forward; developed their personal leadership style and skills to understand the needs of their organizations and people in it; and employed various leadership skills to overcome challenges.
